- Do you offer wholesale/bulk discounts?

- What's the expected delivery time for my order?
Here at Kaotic Kreations, we pride ourselves on our extremely fast turnaround time! All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, but we aim to process and ship most orders next business day! 

Once your order has left our shop, the estimated delivery time varies based on shipping method:
USPS Ground Advantage (previously known as First Class Mail) typically take 2-5 business days, depending on your location. 
USPS Priority typically take 2-3 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that actual delivery times may vary based on factors beyond our control. 

- How do I track my order?
All tracking information is automatically sent via email once your order has been processed. Please check your email (including spam and junk folders) for your tracking number.

We are unable to answer any questions regarding your package taking longer than expected to arrive. 

- What is Route Package Protection?
We all know that the United States Postal Service is notorious for their difficult claim service, so we have added optional shipping insurance through a third-party known as Route. They have an easy claims process for lost, damaged, and stolen packages, and their customer service is wonderful to work with! 

The cost of Route Package Protection is calculated based on the total of your order.

- How do I return an order?
We have a 3-day return, refund, or replacement policy on eligible items.

- I am missing an item. How do I get it? 
Please contact us by email kaotickreations23@gmail.com to let us know which item(s) are missing from your order. Please include your order number and a photo showing the items received in your shipment. 

- I received a damaged/defective item. What should I do? 
While we do our very best to inspect all items for any defects before shipping, it's impossible to catch them all. 

Please contact us by email kaotickreations23@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving you order with your full name and your order number along with a brief description of the issue. You will be required to provide clear photos of any defective or broken items. 

If for any reason we feel that the product has been tampered with before the photos were taken, we have the right to refuse a refund or replacement.
If it is determined by our team that the item is indeed defective, a refund will be issued for the purchase price. 
Kaotic Kreations is not responsible for any damage that occurred during shipment.
